'MEDITATION' AND ITS BENEFITS.

Meditation is a very very good tool to achieve stability and peace of the Mind.

Meditation means sitting quietly for some time in a crossed legs position with closed eyes, and silencing the mind-body system together.

Universal Energy is in the form of ‘Impulse’ or ‘Stimulus’. Everybody gets this Impulse/Stimulus either due to the internal Biological happenings or due to the external happenings received through the Sense organs. This Impulse/Stimulus becomes the ‘Input’ and gets ‘Processed’ in the individual Mind-Body System. The result of this Processing is the ‘Output’. The ‘Output’ is also in the form of Impulse/Stimulus. This ‘Output’ then becomes new ‘Input’ or there may be different /fresh ‘Input’ through the Sense organs, which gets ‘Processed’ and the new ‘Output’ is formed. This cycle of Input-Processing-output goes on continuously. If this cycle is in balance/in proportion, then everything is fine, but if it goes out of the proportion (imbalanced) then the problem starts.

Meditation helps in controlling this cycle of Input-processing-Output and brings it to the moderate level.

As a result, Meditation reduces the pace of thinking and helps in controlling the emotions, physical actions and behavior. Due to this, the person becomes more calm, quiet and relaxed. The person becomes more open and receptive towards new concepts, ideas, information and knowledge. Relaxed mental condition and new acquired knowledge helps the person in so many ways.

Meditation is the best way to achieve the balanced, flexible, accommodative and moderate approach at the Mental and Physical level activities like desires, wants, expectations and materialistic things. Due to this, the person who does the Meditation becomes Spiritual.

Meditation makes the person more ‘liked’, ‘wanted’, ‘loved’, and hence he becomes more acceptable, effective which gives more satisfaction, happiness at the individual, family and social level. Meditation is the best way for increasing Spiritual Health. Meditation results in clarity of thinking and balanced emotions which ultimately helps in the day to day life. The person who does the meditation becomes contented with life and it helps in drawing his own lines/limitations. Every individual has his own lines/limitations in various spheres like Mental, Physical, Social, Money Making etc. and Meditation helps in drawing lines/limitations suitable to that individual.

There are more than 25 major benefits of the Meditation. Some are as follows:

1) Lasting mental peace.
2) Improvement in concentration.
3) Improvement in calmness, quietness and patience.
4) Easiness in facing challenges of life.
5) Easiness in task management.
6) Improvement in interpersonal relations.
7) Increases ‘Frustration Tolerance Level’ and makes
life easy/tolerable.
8) Increases the Acceptance level.
9) Helps in early recovery, from any illness/disease.
10) Improves the ultimate objective of the life.

Meditation should be considered as THE ULTIMATE MEDICINE and should be practiced for addressing any problems.

‘QQAM’ (QUALITATIVE - QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS AND MODERATION) TECHNIQUE.

‘QQAM’ means, Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis and Moderation.

This can be considered as a Technique/Tool for addressing any human problems. This is related to ‘Components of Life’ concept. The components of life are 1) The Soul, 2) The Mind and 3) The Body. As long as the human being is alive, anything could go wrong in the 3 components of life.

All humans have 12 main organs. These 12 main organs control 10 body systems, 5 sense organs and 5 action organs.

If anything goes wrong in the ‘Body-Mind’ system, it gets reflected in the sense organs and the action organs, since they are connected with the main organs and the body systems.

The sense organs and the action organs function in both ways i.e. they catch a signal from outside and send it to the Brain, and also receive an order from the Brain and do the outside/external work.

By Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis and Moderation, one can check what is going wrong in the ‘Body-Mind’ system, and sort out the problem.

Energy imbalance is the reason if anything goes wrong, and that can be checked and corrected by ‘QQAM’.

If anything goes wrong at any level, one has to check the involvement of all/any of the sense organs and action organs.

Thinking, Emotions, Physical actions and the Behavior is directly related to the quality and quantity of the functions of the sense and action organs; hence this analysis is very important.

If the above Q - Q analysis is done, then one will automatically come to know what is going wrong and where it is going wrong. If those things are taken care of and moderation is maintained, then all problems would be set right.

This is a very very simple yet effective technique and can be used by anybody to sort out any problem which may be encountered in the life.

This QQAM technique can be applied to each and every aspect of the life. Qualitative and Quantitative analysis helps to make the concepts clear and improve the understanding level. Once, the concepts become clear and the understanding level is improved then, the life becomes simple and easy.

MEANING, PURPOSE, TASKS AND THE OBJECTIVE OF THE ‘HUMAN LIFE’.

Hundreds of million years ago this Universe was formed.

There was no life in the Universe at that time. Only, Bio Energies were there in the form of vibrations.

Slowly, there was life, and human beings came into the existence, as a result of the evolution.

This Universe is not the creation of human beings but, the human being is a creation of this Universe.

This Universe was there since infinity, and is going to be there till infinity. All human beings are going to be here, only for a short period of time, as per their individual life span.

Human beings are a very very small fraction of the Universe, and have got a very negligible life as compared to the Universe; so, it is not important to dwell on the meaning of life.

Life is a creation of the Universe and not by any mortal human being. At the most, one can say that the meaning of life is, ‘life itself’, and there may not be any other meaning to it.

Similarly, purpose of the life can be considered as, to live the life to the fullest extent, as per the individual potential.

One can have an objective while living the life fully as per the individual potential.

Purpose of the life can be considered as to live the life to the fullest extent, as per the individual potential. Having come in to this world, an individual happens to do several activities, performs various tasks, discharges duties etc., as per the individual potential and comprehension of the situation.

Various tasks, which an individual person has to eventually do in the process of living, are performed with certain objectives. There could be various objectives as per individual nature such as, success, winning, satisfaction, pleasure, appreciation, fame etc.

The most desired objective of the life should be considered as, to attain the ‘Serenity’.

‘Serenity’ means happiness, which is not short lived, but which is long lasting.

Serenity can be achieved by doing various life related tasks in a proper manner.

Following can be considered as the various tasks related to the life. The individual person can priorities the tasks depending up on his age, gender, situation, cultural/social atmosphere etc.

There are more than 40 tasks, which are very important in life, such as,

Self direction and self development.
Sense of worth and self esteem.
Realistic beliefs.
Emotional awareness and coping with the situation.
Problem solving.
Developing sense of humor and jollyness.
Diet and nutrition.
Gender identity.
Charity, donations and help to the needy.
Cooperation and help in natural calamities.
National pride.
Stress management.
Developing sense of spirituality/ essence of the life. etc., etc.

If, the tasks are done properly, without hurting/damaging others, and in the best possible moderate way based on Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis, then it helps in achieving the 'Objective of life' - ‘Serenity’.

‘INTELLIGENCE’ AND RELATED EIGHT QUOTIENTS.

The Intelligence can be explained as a characteristic / quality / peculiarity/ attribution of the Mind. The Mind and the Intelligence, both have a metaphysical presence.

The ‘Mind’ itself is one of the Basic Universal Energy Elements, which is present in each and every object in this Universe. Additionally, as far as human beings are concerned, the ‘Mind’ is a metaphysical organ, or, a phenomenon of the brain (limbic system). So, intelligence is ultimately the representation of the Basic Universal Energy Element, present in that person.

Intelligence is a quality / property of the Mind which covers/includes various different abilities such as the capacity, to reason, to plan, to solve problems, to think abstractly, to comprehend ideas, to use languages, and to learn.

Intelligence includes various features such as creativity, acquirements, cleverness, judgment etc.

Intelligence is not limited to the capacity of undertaking a formal education or acquiring a narrow academic skill. It reflects broader and deeper capabilities for comprehending the given situation and selecting an action/activity, which will be appropriate for that situation. It reflects individual’s general cognitive ability, capacity to apply the acquired knowledge, capacity to think in various different ways etc.

Basic potential of intelligence or intelligence level may not be increased or decreased but, by learning, gaining knowledge, improving understanding capability etc. one can increase the level of his ‘application of intelligence,’ which improves the ability to ‘manage’ and ’address’ the given situation.

The level of ‘application of intelligence’ depends upon the Energy balance at the mental level. If the Energy is in the balanced condition, then the ‘application of intelligence’ level is very good. The person is in a position to apply himself properly and to the best of his potential. If the Energy is not in the balanced condition, then the person will not be able to apply himself properly.

Intelligence is assessed by the intelligence quotient (I.Q.).This represents the person’s ability to learn by seeing, listening, reading and sensing.
To store, and then make use of this acquired knowledge as per the situation is part of the memory. The person’s such ability to learn and make use of the acquired knowledge is represented by the Intelligence Quotient (I.Q.).

I.Q. is calculated as follows.

I.Q. = Mental age/Actual age x 100

Mental age is determined by various standard tests. (Verbal and written tests).

I.Q. is basically a reflection of the individual’s Universal Energy at the Mental level. If the I.Q. is high, then the person is considered as more intelligent, and, if the I.Q. is low, then the person is considered as less intelligence. However, only a high I.Q. does not guarantee the successful and satisfactory life. It is necessary to develop the other types of Quotients, essential for the successful and the satisfactory life.
Following are the other Quotients, essential for successful and satisfactory life.

1) Emotional Quotient (E.Q.)
2) Understanding Quotient (U.Q.)
3) Passion Quotient (P.Q.)
4) Courage quotient (C.Q.)
5) Communication Quotient (COM.Q.)
6) Spiritual Quotient (S.Q.)
7) Financial Quotient (F.Q.)

All these above Quotients are different forms of the Universal Energy. There are different types/categories of intelligence, talents, skills etc. and it varies from person to person.

Different persons may have similar basic intelligence level, but they may differ in talents, skills, etc. which are required for doing different activities like, learning, communication, body language/face reading, imagination, creativity, sports, cooking, performing arts, professional courses etc.

MEANING OF ‘MENTAL BEAUTY’.

The Mental beauty can be explained as a person’s Thinking and Emotional level of Energy which reflects in that person’s behaviour, approach etc.

The Physical beauty parameters/contributes like body structure, height, face cut, complexion, etc. may not be changed after certain age in a normal way, but the Mental beauty parameters/contributes can be changed.

The Mental beauty includes a person’s basic Nature, his Thinking pattern and the Emotional balance level. The Mental beauty can be changed or increased by so many ways by cultivation of good Mind set, Thinking pattern, Emotional balance, Life related skills etc., which will make the person more accepted individually and also as a spouse / parent / child /sibling /friend/ colleague/ neighbor/etc.

The Mental beauty is a combined effect of honesty, openness, transparency, faithfulness, keeping promises, proper communication, appreciation, support, healthy dependence, maintaining social norms, acceptance of the situation etc. One can always try to improve the Mental beauty by working on the above factors.

Revenge taking, giving strong reactions, returning the file, extreme rigidity /inflexibility, non acceptance of the situation, unwillingness to understand the situation, having double standards, not taking proper and enough efforts to overcome the problem etc. etc. are all related to the Mental beauty and the Mental health.

Line between Mental health and Mental beauty is very thin. May be, the one who has got good Mental health can be said to be having good Mental beauty or, Mental beauty is the outcome of the Mental Health.

The Mental health is related to ‘doing’ the things and the Mental beauty is related to ‘feeling’ the things. One may ‘observe’ that, someone is having a good Mental health and one may ‘feel’ that, someone is having a good Mental beauty. Love, respect, gratitude, proper reciprocation, etc. are all related to the Mental health and the Mental beauty.

‘HUMAN NATURE’ AND BROAD GROUPS.

The Human Nature can be explained as the basic or fundamental nature of the human being which governs his normal behavior. The normal behavior means, the behavior which is considered as natural and traditional over a long period of time. Human Nature can be understood by observing the behavior of a person in the day to day life.

Good natured human beings or bad natured human beings are by and large, determined by general observations, considering how well or how bad an individual’s behavior is, in comparison with the socially accepted norms.

Human Nature can be explained as an individual’s specific reaction towards any event, act, person, object etc. Individual Human Nature is an expression of combined effect of individual’s mind set, assumptions, attitude, approach, beliefs, opinions, policies, objectives, goals etc.

Human Nature is formed mostly by the person’s basic qualities, and the situation at the time of birth and during childhood.

Sometimes, it is said that, a person is basically good but, his particular behavior is not so good, or, sometimes, it is said that, a person is not so good (or he is basically bad), even though his particular behavior may not be so bad.

Such type of observations can be very well explained by the Energy imbalance concept. A person may be having a good nature, i.e. he may not be quarreling, abusing, hurting, causing damage, etc. but his behavior may be unhealthy, rigid, non-cooperative, non supportive etc. and as such, there may not be a significant contribution from that person for the benefit of his family and for the society at large.

This happens due to the Energy imbalance at any of the 3 basic levels i.e. 1) The Thinking Level, 2) The Emotional Level, and 3) The Physical Level.

With the help of proper knowledge and information, corrective actions can be taken and the Energy imbalance at the above three levels can be addressed.

Broadly, the entire society consists of 4 different groups of the people as follows:
1)Good natured persons, having the Energy balance.
2)Good natured persons, but not having the Energy balance.
3)Not so good natured persons (or, bad natured Persons), but having the Energy balance.
4)Not so good natured persons (or, bad natured Persons) and also not having the Energy balance.

Normally and generally, most of the persons are having good nature, but they may have all/any type of the Energy imbalance. All the types/forms of the Energy imbalance can be sorted out by taking proper efforts, and thus everybody will become more useful, helpful and make the positive contribution towards their families and the society at large.

DEFINITION & FUNCTIONS OF 'MIND' AND FACTORS RELATED TO ‘MENTAL HEALTH’.

The Explanation is as follows.

A) ABOUT DEFINITION OF MIND :-

‘Mind’ is one of the Basic Universal Energy Elements.
’Mind’ has a metaphysical existence. This Element is present in each and
every object including human beings.

‘Mind’ is also considered as a metaphysical part of the brain (limbic system). ‘Mind’ can also be considered as a ‘system’ through which the limbic system works, and carries out its function of ‘selecting and choosing’ the appropriate things , required for the proper functioning/behavior of the human beings. Thus, the ‘Mind’ can be called as the phenomenon of the brain (limbic system).

However, it must be noted that, the brain is one of the 12 main organs. All the 12 main organs are interconnected and interdependent on each other. If, all the 12 main organs are in good condition, then the behavior of the ‘Mind’ is also good, and, if anything goes wrong with any of the 12 main organs, then the behavior of the ‘Mind’ gets affected. As such, the ‘Mind’ is the collective metaphysical reflection of all the 12 main organs (all the Body systems, Sense organs and the Action organs are automatically involved).

Understanding of this concept/definition/description of Mind will help in understanding, how Physical Body affects Mind and vice versa. Once this concept is understood and realized properly, it helps in addressing all Body-Mind system problems/diseases/sickness/weakness etc.

B) ABOUT FUNCTIONS OF MIND:-

There is a qualitative difference between the ‘Mind’ of the human beings, and the ‘Mind’ of the other species. The main difference is the ‘Conscientiousness’. Due to the ‘Conscientiousness’, the human beings are able to identify and select between the good and the bad Thoughts, Emotions, Actions and the Behavior.

The major functions of the ‘Mind’ are 1) Thinking and 2) Emoting.

1) Thinking, Contemplation, Ideas, Imagining, Fantasizing, etc. are the activities of the similar type and it is a private conversation with oneself, which may or may not be revealed to the others.

2) Emotions can be generally termed as Feelings, Wants/Desires, Disposition, Moods etc. Emotions can be broadly classified as Anger, Fear, Sadness, Joy, Disgust, Curiosity/Interest, Surprise, Acceptance, Happiness, Love, Hate, Jealousy etc.

C) ABOUT FACTORS RELATED TO ‘MENTAL HEALTH':-

The Mental Health can be simply described as the health of the ‘Mind’.

Mental Health is a term used to describe the level of the cognitive well-being. Mental Health may include an individual’s ability to enjoy the life, and ability to take balanced efforts to do various activities in the life. Mental Health highlights the level of balanced thinking, emotional well-being, capacity to live a full and creative life, and the flexibility to deal with the life’s inevitable challenges.
Following can be considered as the factors related to the Mental Health.

1. A state of well being in line with the individual potential.
2. Managing normal stress and strain in the life.
3. Doing productive and fruitful activities related to the professional and social field.

Merely an absence of a mental disorder is not enough for the good Mental Health. Good Mental Health includes useful and fruitful activity for the individual, his family, and for the society at large.

MEANING OF ‘TOTAL HEALTH’.

This can be explained as follows.

Health is the most important aspect of the human being.
Individual person’s overall well being, functioning, performance, behavior etc. is directly related to the health of that person. However, it is not enough to take a limited/piecemeal approach and concentrate only on the few aspects like financial health or physical health or social health but, one has to focus on all the aspects of the life in totality, so as to achieve the happy and satisfactory life.

‘Total Health’ means following health aspects considered together in ‘totality ‘.

1) Mental Health.
2) Mind set/Mentality,
3) Physical Health.
4) Social Health.
5) Matrimonial Health.
6) Spiritual Health.
7) Financial Health.

MEANING AND ROOT CAUSES OF ALL ‘DISEASES’.

This can be explained as follows.

Our Universe is made up of 10 ‘Basic Universal Energy Elements’(Mahabhootas).

Energy Element (Mahabhoot) means source of Bio Energy (Bhoot).

The 10 ‘Basic Universal Energy Elements’ (Mahabhootas), are as follows.

1. 1st Energy Element – ‘Creative’ or ‘Tama’ Element.
2. 2nd Energy Element – ‘Sky’ (Ether) Element.
3. 3rd Energy Element – ‘Air’ (wind) Element.
4. 4th Energy Element – ‘Fire’ Element.
5. 5th Energy Element – ‘Water’ Element.
6. 6th Energy Element – ‘Earth’ Element.
7. 7th Energy Element – ‘Time’ Element.
8. 8th Energy Element – ‘Direction’ Element.
9. 9th Energy Element –‘Mind’ Element.
10. 10th Energy Element – ‘Soul’ Element.

Human body is also made up of above mentioned 10 ‘Basic Universal Energy Elements’ (Mahabhootas).

Each and every thing in this Universe is, basically the Universal Energy in a different form and combination, like, Thoughts, Emotions, Words, Languages, Behavior, All Objects, All Physical actions, etc., etc.

In any individual human being, when all the Energy Elements are in the balanced condition, then that individual’s performance/functioning is easy, smooth and proper and, if, there is any Energy imbalance then that individual’s performance/ functioning is not easy, smooth and proper.

This Energy imbalance can be called as ‘Disease’.

Whenever there is any Energy imbalance, then life becomes problematic. The Energy imbalance is the only reason (root cause) behind all the problems. The root cause of any undesirable actions, behavioral problems, diseases, sickness, illness, weakness, financial problems etc. etc. is the Energy imbalance. The Energy imbalance is proportionate with the Energy potential. If, the Energy potential is more/high, then the Energy imbalance is also more/high, and, if the Energy potential is less/low, then the Energy imbalance is also less/low.

Any ‘Disease’ is basically ‘Imbalanced form of Bio Energy’. However, ‘Disease’ will be understood & realized in a better way, if it is considered as a combined result/outcome of a ‘weak body system’ and ‘high toxic level’ in the body.

The Energy Imbalance can happen at any stage of the human life due to various reasons/causes related to the Mind and Body system.

There are more than 35 reasons/causes of the Energy Imbalance (Diseases) and they are grouped in 7 major groups like 1) Biological Causes, 2) Physical Causes, 3) Psychological Reasons, 4) Psycho-social Causes, 5) Environmental Causes, 6) Social Factors, and 7) Religious reasons.

COMPONENTS OF LIFE (RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN – BODY, MIND & SOUL).

Components of life can be explained as follows.

Our Universe is made up of 10 ‘BASIC UNIVERSAL ENERGY ELEMENTS’ (MAHABHOOTAS). The Basic Energy Element (Mahabhoot) means, the Basic Source of the Bio Energy (Bhoot).

The 10 ‘BASIC UNIVERSAL ENERGY ELEMENTS’ (MAHABHOOTAS) are as follows.

1. 1st Energy Element – ‘Creative’ or ‘Tama’ Element.
2. 2nd Energy Element – ‘Sky’ (Ether) Element.
3. 3rd Energy Element – ‘Air’ (wind) Element.
4. 4th Energy Element – ‘Fire’ Element.
5. 5th Energy Element – ‘Water’ Element.
6. 6th Energy Element – ‘Earth’ Element.
7. 7th Energy Element – ‘Time’ Element.
8. 8th Energy Element – ‘Direction’ Element.
9. 9th Energy Element –‘Mind’ Element.
10. 10th Energy Element – ‘Soul’ Element.

All human beings are also made up of the above mentioned 10 Basic Energy Elements.

The Body, the Mind and the Soul are the 3 basic components of the life. All the 3 components are interrelated with each other and functions as an integrated entity.

The Body is made up of 5 Physical Basic Universal Energy Elements (SKY,AIR, FIRE, WATER & EARTH).

The Body consists of the 12 main organs, 10 body systems, 5 sense organs
and 5 action organs.

The Mind functions are mainly related to the thinking and emotional aspects.

The Soul function is related to controlling the mental activities.

The Soul, the Mind and the Body, as an integrated entity, is responsible
for all the physical actions and the behavior.

Whatever happens in any individual’s life span, i.e. the normal behavior, problematic behavior, health, ill health (diseases, sickness, weakness) etc., all the 3 components of the life (The soul, the Mind, the Body) are always involved in that happening, and nothing happens in the absence of any one of the 3 components.
This concept is particularly useful in treating the health related problems. Any person may face any type of problem related to the health in his life span. The health problems are related to the Thinking, Emotions, Physical body and the Behavior. All such problems are interrelated and interdependent on the 3 components of the life. If the treatment is given considering this concept, then and then only, the results will be effective and long lasting.

MEANING AND INFORMATION ABOUT - ‘THE BASIC UNIVERSAL ENERGY ELEMENTS’ (MAHABHOOTAS – THE SOURCE OF BIO ENERGY).

‘The Basic Universal Energy Element’ (Mahabhoot) means the ‘Element’ which gives ‘Energy’ to everything, including all human beings in this world. The Basic Universal Energy Element (Mahabhoot) is the source of Energy (Bhoot). ‘Energy’ means the power of doing work.

There are 10 ‘Basic Universal Energy Elements’ (Mahabhootas)in this Universe.

The ‘Basic Universal Energy Elements’ (Mahabhootas) can be explained/defined as follows.

1. They are Omnipresent.
2. They have certain intrinsic ‘Qualities’ (Attributes). The ‘Qualities’ (Attributes) are of 2 types i.e. general/common ‘Qualities’ (Attributes) and, specific ‘Qualities’ (Attributes).
3. Because of the ‘Qualities’ (Attributes), they do some specific ‘Effective Work/Activity’. This ‘Effective Work / Activity’ is either creative type or destructive type.
4. There is always a natural integration between the ‘Qualities’ (Attributes) and the ‘Effective Work/Activity’, and they always go hand in hand.
5. All above characteristics are there on continuous and simultaneous basis.

The 10 ‘Basic Universal Energy Elements’ (Mahabhootas), are as follows.

1. 1st Energy Element – ‘Creative’ or ‘Tama’ Element.
2. 2nd Energy Element – ‘Sky’ (Ether) Element.
